With an estimated 250 exhibitors and 9,000 visitors over three days, ScotHot is Scotland's first hospitality business-generating event of the year, and is the place to be seen if you have any type of involvement with the Scottish hospitality market.

In 2009 ScotHot is held during Scottish Tourism week, running from 2-9 March 2009. Covering all aspects of the industry including catering equipment, food, drink, interiors, tableware and technology, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the latest products to hit the market, experience the unique culinary competitions and take in the atmosphere that only ScotHot brings.

IFE 09

The next installment of IFE09 - The International Food & Drink Event 2009, will revolve around the theme of innovation. Aiming to showcase the world’s most innovative products.

Another new addition to the 2009 show is the Skillery. Dedicated to the foodservice sector, this new attraction will provide visitors with practical tips, information and ideas via fully interactive live cookery demonstrations.
