24. The Pot Kiln

This rural country pub was taken over in 2005 by chef, presenter and author Mike Robinson, who refurbished the kitchen and increased the dining area that now seats 5. He writes regularly for The Field magazine, so the menu is gamey, with seared roebuck fillet, venison Wellington and rabbit rillets offered alongside slow cooked Jacobs rib of beef.
