Shane Hughes from Ynyshir Hall in Wales, Mark Teasdale from Sharrow Bay on Lake Ullswater and Nigel Mendham from The Samling on Lake Windermere will be showcasing the best of British cuisine at four different von Essen hotel locations.
The event, which will run for five days between October 25th and October 29th, will take place in the following venues:
Lewtrenchard Manor, Devon - Mon 25th October - lunch and dinner
Bishopstrow House, Wiltshire - Tue 26th October - dinner
Bishopstrow House, Wiltshire - Wed 27th October - lunch
Cliveden, Berkshire - Wed 27th October - dinner
Cliveden, Berkshire - Thurs 28th October - lunch
Lower Slaughter Manor, Glouces - Thurs 28th October - dinner
Lower Slaughter Manor, Glouces - Friday 29th October - lunch
The menus will include a number of signatures dishes including Mark Teasdale's 'best end of lamb with creamy savoy cabbage, hotpot of potato and a white wine and madeira sauce' and Shane Hughes' 'warm treacle tart with clotted cream, walnuts and banana.'
von Essen's executive head chef, James Parkinson, commented: "We are delighted to be the collection with the largest number of Michelin starred properties and AA Rosettes in the UK. Bringing together three of our top chefs to showcase their culinary expertise across the UK will make for a perfect week long celebration."
