The restaurant and bar which is being converted from HA! HA! Bar and Canteen will have a greater emphasis on food.
Led by general manager, Lisa Johnston, the restaurant overlooking the dock will have a bright and contemporary new look.
The £220,000 refurbishment will see the layout of the restaurant alter with the bar positioned centrally to allow light to stream in from both sides. There will be clearer, defined areas for drinking and dining and the introduction of leather booths throughout the venue.
Using only the very best, top quality produce the restaurant will also be introducing 'ha ha suggests…' a new menu of seasonally changing dishes which will change every six weeks.
Christine Crofts, brand manager for ha ha said; "ha ha bar & grill has proven very popular with our guests in our other locations and we think the people of Liverpool will love it too. The emphasis is very much on the restaurant and I'm sure our guests will find the menu has something for everyone."
Lisa Johnston, general manager of ha ha bar & grill in Liverpool said; "We are completely changing our current offer and are aiming to take it to the next level with the refurbishment. We want our guests to come into ha ha bar & grill for a dining experience, rather than a bar that serves food which is what we've traditionally been known as."
