It acknowledges the hard work across the whole group; its dedication to delivering great quality value for money food, competitive marketing and its clear thought for, and service to, the customer.
Toby Smith, CEO Town & City Pub Company said, "We were absolutely delighted when we heard the news. We are so pleased with the award and its real recognition for the whole team who have worked so hard to create an exceptional food offering on the high street."
