Yates’s pubco steams ahead with two new refurbishments in March

19th March 2010, 3:53pm

Town and City Pub Company, owners of city centre pubs, Yates’s, has invested £550,000 this month (March) refurbishing two of its pubs in Cheltenham and High Wycombe.

The Cheltenham Yates's has been updated into the brand's iconic Yates's design whilst the former Litten Tree in High Wycombe has also been converted into the latest iconic Yates's.

The pub operator, which last week won the award for 'Branded Food Operator of the Year' at the Great British Pub Food Awards, has transformed the two pubs with state of the art sound and vision systems, dance floors, DJ booths, seating, back bars and dining areas.

The two openings follow a £8m investment last year in the estate. £9m investment is planned this financial year.
