YO! Sushi opens 58th venture in Norwich

The YO! Sushi restaurant chain is launching its 58th site in Norwich city centre in October.

The new YO! Sushi will be situated just outside the Chapelfield Shopping Centre on Chapelfield Plain, featuring 63 covers over 2,000 square feet and split between two floors.

Seating will be arranged around YO! Sushi's trademark 'kaiten' conveyor belt.

Consisting of 24 booth seats and 39 stools, the overall theme incorporates whites, light and dark greys and YO! Sushi's iconic orange.

Robin Rowland, chief executive of YO! Sushi, said: "Providing fun, fast and fresh Japanese food served from a cutting edge restaurant design, opening a restaurant in Norwich is an extremely exciting venture for us and marks our first opening in East Anglia, building on the excellent reputation already generated within the South of England and beyond."
