The sushi bar brand will be located in thecentre:mk - the city's shopping centre.

Yo! Sushi is based on the concept of a 'kaiten' sushi bar, which delivers freshly prepared sushi on a non-stop conveyor belt that meanders through the centre of the restaurant.

There will be over 80 Japanese inspired dishes to choose from including hot classics like; firecracker rice; and chicken yakisoba. Other treats include; spicy chicken katsu roll; salmon and tenderstem broccoli salad and vegetable hand roll. Prices range from £1.70 to £5.00.

The restaurant seats 115 in a selection of spaces from curved banquettes to bar stools, along with a private dining room for eight.

Robin Rowland, chief executive officer at YO! Sushi, said: "YO! Sushi is loved by millions all over the world and we're confident that our freshly prepared Japanese inspired dishes are going to excite customers in Milton Keynes."
