The restaurant will feature 62 internal and 24 external covers across 1,756 square feet, arranged around YO! Sushi's trademark 'kaiten' conveyor belt.
The food and drink menu will comprise of Japanese inspired items including soups, rice or noodle based dishes, salads, and hot classics like chicken katsu curry, salmon teriyaki or yakisoba noodles – a total of over 80 dishes. Japanese beers and sake will also accompany a selected wine list.

Sushi said: "We are delighted to be opening our second restaurant in Birmingham which shows the public demand for sushi is increasing and that people truly want dining experience with a difference.
