The research aims to provide YO! Sushi with instant customer feedback, at both overall brand and site level, enabling immediate action to be taken on results.
The survey, hosted online by ORC International, will canvass the opinion of YO! Sushi's guests on a range of issues including food, drink, service and the restaurant itself as well as their opinions of the YO! Sushi experience.
Survey results will be made available to YO! Sushi through a bespoke project website tailored to their organisational structure, where they will be able to access real-time results and unedited customer comments.
