Ever since Terre Á Terre first opened in Brighton in 1993, its innovative and vibrant food has attracted widespread acclaim and admiration. Owners and chefs Amanda Powley and Philip Taylor use their long-awaited book to show how the restaurant aims to create food with indulgence rather than simply abstinence.
The book is illustrated with photography from Lisa Barber and recipes are broken down into components meaning you can mix and match your favourites.
