The aim is to show customers what they can eat from the menu, in keeping with their dietary requirements, rather than what they can't.
It highlights all meals suitable for customers who follow a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free diet.
The website has information on all the 100 plus individual meals on offer in the pubs.
Once a user puts in their dietary requirements, the menu shrinks to highlight only the meals suitable for them.
The specific menu can then be printed off or downloaded to a computer.
Wetherspoon's food development manager, Jameson Robinson, said: "People with specific dietary requirements, for example those who require gluten-free meals, are usually faced with a large menu, most of which is unsuitable for them.
"Our new website allows them to clearly see what they can enjoy from our menu and personalise a menu for their own use.
"It also takes away the risk of ordering a meal which might not be suitable for them."
