Restaurants operating at the Stratford centre can sign up and offer the lists of topics to their customers giving them food for thought over dinner.
Myf Ryan, general manager, Westfield Marketing UK explained more about the new idea: "We understand that our visitors are more knowledgeable than ever and are always looking for new experiences. It's important for us to embrace and trial new dining concepts to give our visitors an ever-evolving experience when they visit us.
"We hope that harnessing new trends will enhance our customers' experience giving them reason to come back."
The launch of Dine & Debate coincides with Westfield's new Food Explorer campaign providing complimentary food samples for visitors to try as well as a Food Explorer Passport filled with vouchers, maps and recipes.
Westfield's iPhone app will be available to assist shoppers already in the centre to search for food outlets by cuisine type or name.

Waiter: Good evening... would you care for something to talk about? That is retarded. Monty Python did this in The Meaning of Life, but that was funny...surely Westfield is trying to be funny too?
