A Grade II listed Mill House Hotel in the village of Ashington, South Downs, is up for grabs, for a guided price of £795,000, through Knight Frank’s Hotels team.

The nine en suite bedroom hotel features a residents' lounge and lounge bar, 38-cover restaurant and a function room with conference space holding up to 30 delegates.

Adam Beverley-Jones of Knight Frank in Southampton, commented: "This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a delightful country house hotel in a charming and friendly location which enjoys both midweek corporate and weekend leisure trade on a year round basis."

He added: "The owners have recently refurbished the premises to provide for the modern day traveller, yet maintaining the character features of the premises."
