Moving to London in 2004, Abeele took on the role of restaurant manager at Cottons Restaurant & Rum Jungle before being promoted to general manager and transferring to the Rum Shack outpost in Camden.
He commented on his new position: "Volupté is one of London's most exciting venues, and no two days here are the same. It's my job to make sure the Cocktail Bar here is as inspiring as the food and performances in the Cabaret Salon – I can't wait for people to see what I have up my sleeve!"
