The 80-cover restaurant is expecting a high demand for the menu, despite news of the credit crunch and market downturn.
The menu, devised by head chef Robert Staegemann, comprises seven courses including Royal Sevruga Caviar with Buckwheat Blinis Crème Fraiche and Lemon, Fresh Bahama Rock Lobster Linguini Flavoured with 40 Year Old
Neleen Strauss, Vivat Bacchus' co-owner, said: "Many of our diners work in the City and often ask for something unique during bonus season. We're only too happy to provide that.
"I have found over the years that when bad news begins to circulate around the stock market, our City customers never lose their appetites."
As well as the restaurant area, the venue features a deli & wine bar, a cheese room and hosts regular wine club meetings on Monday nights from 6.30-7.00 pm, priced between £15-£20 per person depending on the wines.
To make a reservation, 48 hours notice must be given.
