The listing, which will cover all 56 restaurants, consists of five red, five white, two rosé and three sparkling wines. The task for VIVAS is to modernise and inject excitement into the TGI range, and offer an increase in choice for its customers.
The VIVAS range includes favourites from Chile and Italy. And as part of the new selection, the ViVAS category development team has visited each restaurant to train the TGI Friday's teams and familiarise them with the new wines on the list.
Training tools have also been developed and distributed for all members of the TGI's teams to help sell the wines and instil greater confidence.
