New catering manager, Vacherin: Dale Strickland
Strickland brings more than ten year's of experience in the hospitality industry to his new role, including his recent position as catering manager at the HQ of The Royal Bank of Scotland. He has also previously been in charge of catering at Skadden Arps in Canary Wharf.
Strickland's new role will focus on catering for the CB Richard Ellis café, "the Cbar," as well as working on events and hospitality throughout the building.
Talking on his new role as manager, Strickland says he is keen to bring fresh ideas and innovative new trends to CB Richard Ellis. He said: "Good coffee makes for a great welcome and I will be sure to deliver the finest quality hot drinks and the tastiest cuisine to staff and visitors in the building.
"I feel very strongly about using local produce and I am really looking forward to working closely with the head chef and the rest of the team to create some new exciting seasonal menus for events and functions."
