Entitled, "Maximising Sales 2010", the series of workshops is described as "dynamic and motivational".
Martin Pepper, managing director of Maxima explained more about them: "In previous recessions, companies immediately cut training budgets. In this recession, however, companies have recognised just how essential training is, as they cannot afford for any enquiry or opportunity to secure business to be missed, from the simple first phone call right through to the Management Teams. Investing in people through effective and motivational training, will be the catalyst for driving sales forward and ultimately maximising business potential. Imagine if you could raise your average spend per customer by £5. What impact would that have on your business in 2010?"
During the workshops, participants will self audit their own operation, with a view to identifying where positive improvements can take place.
Maxima have also recently formed a partnership with the MIA (Meetings Industry Association), to run the MIA Learning and Development Academy training courses.
These will cover topics ranging from sales negotiation skills to maximising profitable business from wedding enquiries.
