Tossed employee shortlisted for award

20th February 2009, 10:09am

A London-based manager from Tossed, the salad bar chain, has been named as one of the UK's most valued Office Heroes.

Emma Hatfield, operations manager at Tossed, was chosen as one of 20 finalists in Brother UK's Office Heroes competition.

Office Heroes set out to find the most deserving and dedicated employee across the UK's small business community.

Nominated by company founder and director, Vincent McKevitt, Emma was praised for her tireless efforts and hard work in helping the business expand.

McKevitt commented: "She has stepped up to the plate and excels in all of her tasks. She gives the kind of love and hard work that you usually only get from owner operators and that is very hard to find."
