16 Victoria Parade, Torquay formerly known as Ella's Licensed Restaurant and Café Bar has a new lessee. Local operator Wayne Knott has taken over the premises on a new 15 year lease. The property is in a prime location overlooking Torquay Harbour and Marina.

16 Victoria Parade is a three storey building overlooking the inner harbour in one of the busiest seasonal locations. In the summer months there is a constant flow of holidaymakers passing the doors. Sliding glazed full length folding doors give access to the Ground Floor Eating Area with covers for 26. There is a new serving counter with a well equipped Kitchen. At First Floor level there is a further Dining Area, seating 34, with panoramic views over the inner harbour. On the Second Floor there is a private 2 Bedroom Flat.

New lessee Wayne Knott has catering experience and is gearing up for the coming season. The transaction was negotiated by Riccardo De Paulis of Bettesworths. The business was purchased off a guide price of £39,950.
