Time Out Eating & Drinking Awards 2010 finalists announced

The Time Out Eating & Drinking Awards 2010 has announced its line-up of finalists with a new category – ‘Best new cup of coffee’.

The awards are now in the 21st year and judges anonymously visit the establishments to create the shortlist.
