Participants have until the 28 February to get their entries in.
Entrants must submit a two minute video explaining why they have chosen the hospitality, leisure or tourism industry as a career and why they feel they should be considered to receive the award.
From these entries a shortlist of 30 will be selected to then submit a 750 word report. The final short list of eight will be invited to attend the judging weekend on the 20th May 2011 at the newly refurbished, The Savoy Hotel.
Last year's winner Amy Dignon said: "I am completely overwhelmed and so proud of what I have achieved. This highlights that you should never give up in trying to fulfil your dreams. I will continue to strive for excellence and recommend that if you are passionate about your customer facing role and love the industry, you should certainly enter!"
