The Pullman comprises a 50-cover open-plan bar, beer garden and two-bedroom owner's accommodation.
Amber Taverns currently operates an estate of 53 pubs across the North of England. The group was recently listed 57th in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 of Britain's fastest growing companies.
Mark Worley, associate director at Christie + Co, said: "We are delighted to be able to announce the sale of the Pullman to Amber Taverns — a prolific public house operator in the North of England. We fully expect the new owner to carry out some major internal and external refurbishment on the site, with Blyth set to get a quality addition to its pub sector."
