Campbell has worked in the hospitality trade since 1996 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in food, high street and community led businesses. This includes four years at Greene King and The Barracuda Group.
Campbell commented on his new role: "Orchid is known for being innovative, fast paced and exciting. The opportunity going forward is immense and despite all that the Company has achieved, it still has huge potential for growth. Orchid has a fantastic reputation and in my opinion, is one of best companies in the sector."
"I was attracted by the clear focus on people and this mirrors my own ethos that people are at the heart of every business. Investing in staff makes all the difference."
"I'm very much looking forward to working with Operations Director Paul Cutsforth again as well as Orchid's CEO, Rufus Hall - a very inspirational person to work for."
He will start his job at Orchid at the beginning of September 2010.
