Abbas Zaidi and Lee Holland
The restaurant offers an affordable menu specially designed by head chef, Lee Holland.
There will be a variety of dishes available from light lunches, such as salads, to hearty meals, like barbecue ribs.
Holland, said: "The Grill Inn will proudly serve produce sourced from local sustainable resources. I firmly believe the use of fresh local produce is the key to creating great tasting food."
The family friendly restaurant can cater for 188 people internally, as well as an additional 40 people on the patio.
The restaurant will be open daily from 10am and will serve lunch and dinner for park visitors, hotel guests as well as local residents and general members of the public.
The Grill Inn was created following a £350,000 refurbishment of the former Missanda Suite, which had been one of the park's hospitality venues for private and corporate functions since 1954.
The restaurant will also have a separate lounge and bar area, along with two dining rooms, which can be hired for private events.
