The Good Food Guide: Recipes is a recipe collection, published to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the UK's bestselling restaurant guide. It showcases 60 of the UK's leading chefs, their restaurants and recipes.
The Harvey Nichols evenings will begin with a champagne reception, before the chefs take to the stage to be interviewed by Elizabeth Carter, consultant editor of The Good Food Guide.
After the discussion, a three course menu will be served, devised by Fifth Floor Restaurant executive chef Jonas Karlsson, and dinner guests will have the opportunity to get their recipe book personally signed and meet the chefs.
Wednesday 27 October 2010 – Sat Bains, of Restaurant Sat Bains, Nottingham
Thursday 28 October 2010 – Chris & Jeff Galvin, of Galvin Bistro de Luxe, Galvin at Windows and Galvin La Chapelle, London
Tickets are priced at £75 per head and include a copy of The Good Food Guide: Recipes (RRP £25).
