The Giraffe restaurant group welcomes new group operations manager

The Giraffe restaurant group has appointed Deborah Hinkson as its new group operations manager.

Hinkson will be responsible for overseeing operations for the global restaurant group's 38 venues around Britain, including the opening of a venue in Horsham.

Prior to her appointment at Giraffe, Hinkson has held positions at Cha Cha Moon, Alan Yau's Chinese Noodle Bar. 

Hinkson said: "I am so pleased to have been given the opportunity to work for an award-winning family restaurant like Giraffe. I can't wait to get started."

Owner and founder Russel Joffe commented: "I am delighted Deborah is joining the Giraffe family, with her experience and knowledge, I know she will be a huge success."
