The move will take Giraffe, an all-day restaurant concept based on global food and drink, to over 50 sites nationally.
The group has just opened its Blackheath restaurant and has further sites opening at the end of this year including Solihull's Touchwood and Horsham.
Next year, the group led by husband and wife team Russel and Juliette Joffe, with partner Andrew Jacobs, will open restaurants in Bath and Chelmsford and up to 10 other sites at key locations including the new Westfield in Stratford, east London, in time for the 2012 Olympic games.
The additional sites are expected to take group revenues to in excess of £50m annually.
Russel Joffe said: "Our expansion programme demonstrates how resilient our offer is: our restaurants continually prove they fill a gap in the market in every town we locate in, and our customers' loyalty is undiminished despite the general gloom and doom."
