The Cinnamon Club to launch garden menu

Vivek Singh, executive chef of Westminster's fine-dining Indian restaurant, will be launching an all-vegetarian garden menu throughout May to celebrate the diverse plants on display at the nearby RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the National Vegetarian Week.
The Garden menu will include eight innovative courses brought to life with the restaurant's inventive use of Indian spices.
Dishes on the menu, which will cost £60 per person, will feature hibicus and rose petal bellini, essence of tomato and basil shorba chicory and rocket flower, edible gold leaf, grilled asparagus spears with kadhai spices yoghurt and chive flower kebab, and crisp zucchini flower with tamarind vegetables pomegranate raita.
Other treats available to sample will be elderflower & anise sorbet, grilled aubergine with roasted spring vegetables tomato quinoa, citrus morel and saffron sauce, rose petal and milk carom seed crumble, sweet cicely jelly, and coffee and petit fours.
The eatery comprises a main dining room, two bars and two private dining rooms. It accommodates 200 people in total, plus 60 in the bar downstairs.
The RHS Chelsea Flower Show will run from 19-23 May, and the National Vegetarian Week will kick off on 18 and will run until 24 May.
