Vodka from Herefordshire, wine from Kent and ale from Cheshire are among the drinks available on the La Brasserie's new cocktail menu.
The new selection of drinks from British producers will sit alongside the favourites such as champagne, cocktails and wine from around the world.
Andre Sievers, food and beverage director, said: "There are some fabulous wines and spirits produced right here in Britain and we wanted to showcase the best of what's on offer.
"The vodka produced in Herefordshire is made from English potatoes and is smoother than grain and rye-based spirits.
"The NV Chapel Down, from Kent, is a fresh sparkling wine which has wowed the critics.
"Our Best of British drinks menu has been a real talking point with diners who like to try something new.
"One of the favourites so far has been the Eastgate ale, named after the nearby clock, and made just down the road in Tarporley."
