The four-star hotel is the only hospitality business to achieve a listing in the top 100.
The list is compiled from the views of employees and the policies of employers.
The Cavendish was voted on staff opinions on their leadership; their management; their manager; immediate colleagues; pay and benefits; wellbeing; the firm's willingness to give something back; people's personal development; and overall sense of affiliation with their employees.
Joanne Wright, human resources manager at the hotel, commented on the achievement: "Having a happy workforce is critical to deliver outstanding hospitality and we work hard to ensure our staff are satisfied and engaged in their roles. Showing them we care about them ensures they deliver caring service to our guests."
