Head chef Nitin Padwal said: "We work hard to build long lasting relationships with local suppliers to ensure that only the best quality food and drink is served in the hotel throughout the year."
With two courses for £19.50 or three courses for £23.50, diners can choose from a selection of the dishes. The menu includes:
Braised Braintree rabbit mixed with Wicks Manor smoked bacon, crunchy leaves and English mustard dressing
Golden beetroot slices topped with grilled goat's cheese, with spiced date roll
Devon Rose free-range chicken breast with sage flavoured gnocchi, baby ceps mushroom and a red wine sauce
Sweet potato, spinach & courgette roulade with black bean puree spiced Maris Piper potatoes
White chocolate brulee served with marinated raspberries
Vanilla custard and pear Williams tart, with nutmeg ice cream
English sparkling wine
Nitin added: "People expect the best food and drink when they come to The Cavendish London and my team and I deliver just that. From selecting the most tender cuts of pork to the sweetest raspberries, our great relationships with local suppliers allow us to ensure that only produce of the highest standard makes the transition from the farm to the plate."
