The Brookmans pub and restaurant in Hertfordshire up for sale

Property agents Davis Coffer Lyons has been appointed to sell The Brookmans food-led venue in Hertfordshire.

The business provides around 166 internal covers and includes a deli business within the building. The beer gardens offer over 150 seats and there is a 40 space customer car park. Private accommodation offers potential for up to eight rooms.

Brookmans Park Hotel Ltd, owners of the venue has recently fallen into administration, which is being handled by Fisher Partners. The group's other businesses, The Vine, located in Ware, and The Plough, in Coton near Cambridge, remain trading.
