The Brickhouse, housed in the 18th Century Old Truman Brewery, is spread across two floors. The ground floor houses an open kitchen, L-shaped bar, and a traditional seating area seating up to 80 people, and the first floor features two mezzanine levels – offering booths, (seating groups of six) a private dining room, (holding up to eight diners) and four beds for a different dining experience.

The eatery also provides entertainment every evening, showcasing a range of performers from aerial acrobats and sublime singers, to VJs and DJs.
The mezzanine floors and private dining room can be hired on request. Owner is Simon Hood.
