The Bombay Brasserie spices up its bar menu

27th October 2011, 1:47pm

The Bombay Brasserie restaurant in Gloucester Road , London, is spicing things up with the launch of its new bar menu this week.

Previously a holding bar for the restaurant, the bar will now open at the earlier time of 5.30pm.

The restaurant has created a selection of contemporary dishes specially designed to nibble on over a drink.

Treats include delicacies such as Sev Batata Puri (biscuit like puris topped with a Peruvian potato mix, gramflour straws and chutneys), Bharwan Mirch (crisp batter fried chillies stuffed with spiced lentils) and Chicken Tikka Kalimiri (cracked pepper flavoured chicken, glazed in 'Tandoor').
