The Hotel Report Awards are chosen by the industry itself, with an academy of over 300 sector leaders deciding the shortlist, with the finalists chosen by a wider vote cast by the hotel industry.
TRI fought off strong competition from the other nominees in the category: Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Savills, CBRE Hotels and CMS Cameron McKenna.
Chris Druce, editor of Hotel Report, comments on TRI's ongoing success: "During a challenging year for the global hotel industry, reliable, comprehensive benchmarking data and incisive analysis has proved invaluable for operators and owners alike.
"It is therefore not surprising that TRI has pulled off the remarkable feat of becoming Hotel Report's only triple award winner in a programme voted for by more than 1,000 senior representatives from the industry."
Commenting on the latest award Jonathan Langston, managing director, added: "We are thrilled to be once again named as the winner of this accolade. The award provides further confirmation of how highly our advice is valued in the market and is testament to the quality of our team. It also emphasizes the value of our product to an industry which is crying out for profitability benchmarking during such turbulent times."
