Spend a day alongside Jean-Christophe Novelli

Chefs in the cost sector, catering, restaurants, hotels and pubs industry across the UK are being given the chance to spend a day with celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.

The competition which is being run in association with Bel Foodservice has six winning places up for grabs. Winners will be able to test their skills in the presence of a Michelin and 5AA Rosette award winning chef.

To win all you need do is demonstrate your creativity and talent with your own recipe using a product from the Bel Foodservice range.

There's no limit on the number of ingredients or the style of the dish but it should take no longer than 20 minutes to prepare.

The competition is part of Bel's new Parlez-Vous Fromage campaign which has seen the launch of a dedicated foodservice website with resources to help professional chefs get the most out of cheese. 

To enter the competition all you need to do is visit www.cheese-recipes.co.uk and follow the links to The Bel Cheese Academy. Entries close on Friday 10 July 2009.
