The menus have been designed using classic Spanish ingredients. The Spanish Christmas feast begins with traditional bread & Ali Oli and salmon carpaccio.
Mains include seafood dishes such as pan fried cod Vizcaina with tomatoes, nora peppers and cabbage and prawn garlic with parsley, chilli and carrot puree, all accompanied with seasonal vegetables.
A six hour roasted pork belly with red wine pear and parsnip puree can be found on the menu served alongside fried new potatoes, mojo picon & mojo verde sauces and mushroom risotto with socarrat.
For dessert, Torrijas (Spanish Bread Pudding) will be served. This menu is now available for just £22 per person for both lunch and dinner. A vegetarian menu is also offered, serving Spanish favourites such as Piquillo pepper and Idiazabal cheese croquettes and grilled asparagus and manchego cheese.
The Christmas lunch menu consists of a mixed leaf salad with machego cheese, pine nuts and beetroot, pan fried cod salfina with aubergines and tomatoes and pork cheeks served with red wine shallot and carrot puree. The menu is available for a minimum of six people and is proced at £15 per head.
