Spaghetti House launches at Westfield

13th February 2009, 12:13pm

Spaghetti House is set to open its latest restaurant at Westfield London this April.

Developed at a cost of £1 million, the new 168 seat restaurant will be located in The Loft, directly above the communal dining area known as the Balcony, and overlooking The Atrium.

The interior will be reminiscent of the 'contemporary retro' style which shows how the group continues to evolve, whilst remaining true to its original roots, and reflecting classic Italian taste and detail. The design is influenced by Stefana Lavarini, the company's marketing director and daughter of Simone Lavarini, co-founder of Spaghetti House.

Stefana explained: "Going back to our family roots and resisting the appeal of trends and rollout interiors means getting to the heart of our brand, based on the heritage and evolution of the original site in Goodge Street, W1'"

In addition to the restaurant, the Loft Terrace to the front and outside the main room will provide a sheltered al-fresco style of dining.
