Sheraton Skyline hotel appoints director of food and beverage

The Sheraton Skyline Hotel has appointed Pierre Silva as director of food and beverage.

Silva joins the Sheraton Skyline hotel following experience as operations director overseeing several London venues including Whiskey Mist, Punchbowl, Mahiki, and Tini in central London. Silva also launched the Comptoir Libanais at Westfield Shopping Mall in White City, which opened in October 2008.

Jirayr Kececian, general manager of The Sheraton Skyline, said: "Pierre's diverse perspective of F&B combined with his solid hotel experience makes him quite an asset to our team.

"We have some fantastic dining outlets and great spaces including our unique Skygarden pool and garden, so we are excited about the ideas that Pierre has which will bring further offerings for our hotel guests and diners."
