STOKE PARK IS AWARDED FIVE AA STARS

Stoke Park, the hotel, spa and country club resort located in Buckinghamshire, has been awarded five AA Stars for the high quality of the hotel’s accommodation, menus, facilities and service.

The five stars are awarded to hotels with excellent quality, furnishings, beds, menus with fresh local ingredients (the fine dining restaurant, the Dining Room was awarded 2 AA rosettes in April 2010) and awareness of each guests' needs with nothing being too much trouble.

Chester King, managing director said: 'As a family run business we are delighted to have been awarded five AA stars. We feel this is a true reflection of the hard work and commitment of Stoke Park's team to achieve consistently high quality facilities and service. This award has been fundamental to our strategic direction since opening an additional 28 bedrooms in May 2008 to make 49 bedrooms in total."

The hotel director, Giammario Ragnoli joined Stoke Park in February 2009 from the Baglioni Hotel London, with a strong background in quality hotel operation, with a key emphasis in food and beverage, room division and achieving industry awards.

Giammario said: "My main objective since I have joined Stoke Park was to gain the five AA stars which I am very pleased to have achieved and now I want to build on this and take Stoke Park to the next level of excellence to continuously enhance the customer experience."
