The event, which will be taking place next week (25th February), will provide an overview of the main tools available to restaurateurs for analysing key online metrics and improving business performance.
Attendees will be offered advice on monitoring social media, measuring guest feedback, calculating visitors to their website, ensuring their website is easily found and offered tips on website best practice. After the presentations there will be a one-to-one marketing surgery with Livebookings representatives providing a free assessment of attendees' current online offering.
Speakers at the session include Phil Geraghty, product director for Nettrackz (who offer free reports for analyzing company websites); Kenni Poulsen, training coordinator for Livebookings and David Norris, chief operating officer for Livebookings.
Olivia FitzGerald, Livebookings UK and Ireland general manager, said: "One of the key benefits of using the internet to secure bookings is the number of free tools available that will measure the success and return on investment of the tactics restaurateurs are employing."
