The renovated Rosendale features a 65-cover dining room, a 50-cover main bar and gardens that can hold a further 300 covers. The first floor houses two private dining rooms: the West Room seats 100 and can host up to 160 for receptions, while the smaller East Room has 25 covers seated and caters for 40 standing.
The venture is a collaboration between Tom Peake of Renaissance Pubs and Concorde BGW. Unique design features include the stylish bench seating covered in striped tapestry, steel chandeliers, Chesterfield sofas and an original fireplace.
Loris Dario, former head chef at Renaissance's Tommyfield pub, under the direction of executive chef Massimo Tebaldi, has created a seasonal British pub menu, keeping in line with the sister venues.
Signature dishes include: pork belly with salsa verde and crushed Jersey royals; grilled seabass on their new Josper Grill served with samphire and crayfish; and beer battered fish and chips served with mushy peas and tartare sauce.
