In addition to steak, the all-day menu will also feature starters such as organic salmon carpaccio with tomato seeds and passion fruit; and veloute of Jerusalem artichoke with white truffle oil. Alternatives include braised beef cheek with gnocchi and spinach; and Label Anglaise chicken with lemon and thyme.
And white chocolate and peanut butter parfait and warm plum frangipane tart with cloted cream are just some of the dessert options.
The menu is complemented by an 80-strong wine list.
