29th January 2010, 2:45pm

RB's Restaurant in Dartmouth is up for grabs on a free of tie lease.

Up for sale on behalf of Bettesworths, licensed property agents, RB's is a restaurant with owners' accommodation. It is currently run by a husband and wife team and has potential for new owners to increase the number of covers and the turnover.

The main restaurant is decorated and furnished currently providing 24 covers. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen, a holding and coffee area, a wash up area and various areas for storage.  The Restaurant is well known and was established by the present owners almost six years ago.

The establishment also offers a la carte menu ranging from £22.95 for two courses to £27.95 for three courses.  The food is largely sourced locally and cooked fresh and the menu is accompanied by an interesting and varied wine list.

The turnover for the year ending July 2008 was in the region of £108,000 excluding VAT.  The premises are held on a 10 year lease from June 2009 at a current rental of £12,500 per annum, with five year rent reviews.  Bettesworths are offering RB's at £85,000 for the Leasehold interest to include the Trade Inventory and Goodwill.
