The 'Feature Presentation', free-of-charge to all visitors and part of the daily Hostec-Europe seminar programme, will take place at 1.30pm on Thursday, 4 March, in the Hostec-Europe Technology Seminar Theatre at ExCel, London.
Liz Hall, PwC's head of research - Hospitality and Leisure; and Stephen Broome, a PwC Hotel and Leisure specialist, will be providing an overview of PwC's latest research findings on the current state of the UK hotel industry; and based on this research, they will be examining its future potential into 2011.
In addition, they will be looking to answer key questions such as: 'Are UK hotels on the comeback trail?', and 'Are there two separate trails to recovery – a super-highway for London and a much more difficult journey for the provinces?'.
BAHA chief executive Carl Weldon said: "We are very grateful to Liz Hall and Stephen Broome for giving BAHA and Hostec delegates the benefit of their views and expertise, as well as sharing their findings as a result of their research into the industry, at this time of continuing global economic uncertainty."
