Punch Taverns pub company raises almost £5.5k for Movember

7th December 2011, 9:45am

The Burton based pub company Punch Taverns has raised a massive £5,484 after its employees grew a ‘tash for cash as part of this year’s ‘Movember’.

Staff members took part in the event to help raise funds for men's health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer.

Punch operations director, David Wigham, captain of Punch's Cash for Tash said: "We are really pleased with the support we received from our colleagues at Punch to help us raise awareness and funds for men's health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer.

"It was also great to see different departments creating individual teams, but I think we can all agree that we are looking forward to getting the razor out."
