The Punch Community Promise, launched in November, involves Punch staff donating time and money to a variety of local causes such as charities, schools, sports clubs, welfare groups and hospitals.
Punch HR director and chair of the Punch Community Promise, Jackie Burn, said: "As part of our commitment to help our local community, we are on the look out for charities in need of support. It is important for us as a business to support local worthwhile causes whether it's through spending time on a project or donating some much needed funds to a club.
"So far, we've donated DVD players and DVDs to the Children's Ward at the Queens Hospital and several Punch employees got their hands dirty by clearing the garden and pond at Rykneld Primary School in Branston.
"We would encourage any local causes within a 15-mile catchment area of our head office in Burton to find out more by visiting 'Our Local Causes' page on www.punchtaverns.com or emailing punchcommunitypromise@punchtaverns.com."
