Property agent Knight Frank expands hotel team

Property agent Knight Frank has expanded the hotels division with three new appointments based in the capital.

Dirk Holtgreve has joined the team from Investment Property Databank (IPD) where he managed the international portfolio analysis services.

 

Holtgreve is now the senior analyst, and will be responsible for structuring and diversifying the UK and International hotels and leisure market research.

 

Secondly, Matthias Malzbender has joined from the market research and valuations department of the MKG Group and will be focusing on International markets as a surveyor.

 

And Sophie-Jane Williams has been appointed as Knight frank's surveyor. She joined from CB Richard Ellis's Global Corporate Services team.

 

Dominic Mayes, head of hotels, Knight Frank, explained: "We are confident in the continued growth of the hotel sector. We are responding to our clients' requirements for sector specific and European research with the appointment of Dirk. In addition we are bolstering our 28 strong European valuation and transactional business with the appointments of Matthias and Sophie."
